Refund policy
We are confident that you will love our natural and high-quality cosmetic products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund on unopened products, or a credit on opened items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
If you have opened the product and decided that you didn't like it, we are still happy to provide you a credit towards another purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs and shipping costs you incurred for the return are not refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@botanicuscanada.com with your order/invoice number and let us know which product(s) you are sending back. Items sent back to us without a notification will not be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item(s) were damaged during shipment or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if it is eligible for a full refund or a credit towards another purchase. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
